Announces Screenplay Competition Call for Entries
HypeFest,
the film & video festival that links independent ideas
with commercial creativity, has unveiled the Screenplay Competition
for its event to be held in Hollywood, California, July 2005.
Screenplay
Competition Call for Entries:
HypeFest
is now accepting original short film screenplays (length 1-60
pages). Entrants must send a completed, signed entry form
with each submission, which is available online at www.hypefest.com.
Screenplays must not have been previously optioned, purchased,
or produced.

Fee: $25. Submission Deadline: April 1, 2005.

Providing
a bridge between content creators in the independent and commercial
communities, HypeFest offers a platform for filmmakers to
promote their work to the commercial industry. Screening shorts,
commercials, promos and music videos in all genres, HypeFest
will take place July 2005 in Hollywood as a three-day event
of film screenings and nightly parties, complete with mixing
